Here’s our top FAQs:

  • Yes, you can find a training near you here. We also have online information on our website including links to Alpha in Chinese, Prisons and Youth.

  • We would love for you to join us at our national conference – This is Alpha. A great day bringing together the Alpha community for teaching, worship, ministry and seminars.

  • All the information for running or attending these courses is available here.

Training

  • Create an account with us and follow through the various options to set up your course by clicking on ‘Select a course’.

  • Yes, log in and head to ‘My Alphas’ and click ‘View and edit’. Here you can add your team members, edit your details and change the date and time of your course.

  • The course can be accessed by your team members so they can see the resources. Please note, your team members cannot make changes to the course registration, only the administrator can do this.

    Please click into your course registration and go to the ‘Team’ tab. This will allow you to add their email addresses and an invitation will be sent to them to access the course. If the invitation does not arrive, please email uk@alpha.org so we can assist.

  • Yes, you can. This is a great way to keep your guests attending if they miss a week or want to watch the episode again. Log in and click into your registered course. Find the episode you wish to share and click ‘Download’. There will be a link to the Vimeo episode next to this which you can share with your guests.

  • If you wish to have subtitles on your course, please register the course in the English language. At the download option for each episode, click on ‘Select the language of the video’ and choose the subtitle language you require.

    If you require the episodes dubbed in a different language, please choose the language you need on the ‘Select a different language’ prompt. Click on the drop-down list to see the full list of different languages. This will provide the language you need dubbed over the top of the film series.

    The guest guides in various languages are available from the Alpha Shop.

Registering a course on MyAlpha

  • Our Alpha Shop has a wide range of resources, merchandise, books and promotional materials for you. The login is unique and not linked to your MyAlpha login.

  • On your course registration, you have the option to choose a private or public course. All public courses are advertised on our Try Alpha page.
