One of the great things about Alpha is that it is designed to be moulded to fit the style, personality, and demographic of a community. This means it can be built and grown with creativity. This guide will help you to think about how you might develop your future Alpha courses.

Grow your invitation
Expand your reach by trying new methods of invitation to your Alpha. Share the invitation with local groups and businesses, try offering Alpha at different times and, most importantly, pray for your invitees. For a creative way to get your parish praying, try the 11.02 prayer card.
Get a ‘Grow’ pack

Try a different model
The Alpha video series hosted in person is one of the most common ways that Alpha is run; you could also try running Alpha Youth for teens, running Alpha online, or Alpha for young adults.
